How does the free trial work?
You get a full 14-day trial with no credit card required. Sign up, build your knowledge base, invite your team, and launch your branded portal. Add billing whenever you're ready — your data stays put.
What happens after my trial?
If you haven't subscribed when the 14-day trial ends, your workspace is paused — nothing is deleted. Your knowledge base, tickets, and settings are kept, and subscribing reactivates everything exactly where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your Billing page at any time — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. See our Terms of Service for the full cancellation details. Read the Terms of Service.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every workspace gets a branded subdomain, and custom domain support (for example support.yourcompany.com) is available on selected plans. SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically.
Which AI models or providers are supported?
Managed AI is included out of the box — no API key needed. On eligible plans you can also bring your own API key and choose your provider, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek.
Can I export my data?
